If you are the account owner, your User Name is the email address used to sign up with your account unless you have changed it within the system.

If you are a staff user, you may need to contact your manager about resetting your login credentials.

If you are still having problems, please call us at 1-877-893-5450 between the hours of 9am and 5pm CT. For security purposes, please be prepared to provide us with your FFL number.
